AI for EAs.
Executive Assistants are operators; they’re some of the best-suited employees to lead transformative AI adoption at their organizations. We ensure that our members are well-equipped for that evolution.
I think a lot of companies are still treating AI rollouts as a technical project. They're not. They're an operations project, and EAs are the people who already know where every operational pothole is. We've been quietly engineering around bad systems for years. Hand us the AI toolkit and we won't just adopt it, we'll redesign the work.
– Ashley Russell, Executive Operations Partner / Senior Executive Assistant
The RISE AI Hackathon
Built to accelerate AI adoption for EAs leading the evolution of the role
What is the RISE AI Hackathon?
The RISE AI Hackathon brings together top EAs in tech and VC for an intensive, hands-on day of training with AI specialists, then puts everything they've learned to the test.
Attendees move through expert-led training sessions built around practical, EA-specific use cases. They learn about workflows they can implement the moment they return to work that will have an immediate impact for their executives, teams, and organizations. After the training sessions, groups go head-to-head to hack and build brand-new AI workflows from scratch.
This event gets you past intimidation and into action.

Past AI Trainings
A. The Power of Vibe Coding: Level Up Your Event Planning
In this training, Beth Portesi, AI Enablement & Program Lead at Fivetran and Founder of Vibe Coding for EAs, taught members how to plan their next company event in a fraction of the time using vibe coding. She demonstrated how to use Claude to turn a simple event description into a robust event planning spreadsheet. She also shared how to generate an exec-ready slide deck, level up existing templates, and create interactive attendee experiences.

B. AI Prompting Masterclass
Our members got the rare opportunity to learn about AI prompting from OpenAI’s original prompt engineer, Andrew Mayne. Andrew delivered a masterclass on all things prompting—from harnessing reasoning models to utilizing dictation for faster drafting to building human-in-the-loop automations you can trust.

General Partner at Zero Shot Fund, Founder at Interdimensional, OpenAI’s first prompt engineer, WSJ best-selling author, and host of the OpenAI Podcast
C. Gemini Features and Workflows
Alex Weiss, Administrative Business Partner at Google DeepMind - GeminiApp, helped our members get the most out of Gemini. She dug into all of the powerful features, shared the most beneficial use cases for EAs, and demoed the AI workflows that she’s implemented to save time and boost productivity.

D. AI Workshop Series
Our members are at the forefront of AI adoption for EAs. That’s why we host twice-monthly AI Workshops. During these calls, a hand-selected eaMAFIA member will demo an impressive workflow that they built using AI. Members have learned how to vibe code virtual snack shops, convert event agendas into fully-populated Google Calendar events, and generate automated weekly outlook agents for their executives.
