Virtual Assistant - Member Verification Specialist

Job Description:

EA Rise is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Member Verification Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to manually verify the applications of incoming EA Rise members, ensuring that our community is made up exclusively of Executive Assistants (EAs) working within the Tech industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review and evaluate incoming member applications, ensuring they meet EA Rise's membership criteria.
  2. Verify that the applicant's email address is associated with the related business on their application.
  3. Confirm that the related business operates within the Tech industry.
  4. Verify that the applicant's job title
    a. Executive Assistant
    b. Administration (Admin or AA) Assistant
    c. Executive Business Partner (EBP)
  5. Ensure that the applicant is associated with the related business on their LinkedIn profile.
  6. Maintain accurate records of application evaluations and verification results.
  7. Collaborate with the EA Rise team to communicate verification results, including sending approval or rejection emails to applicants.
  8. Identify and suggest improvements to the verification process to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
  2. Strong research and analytical skills
  3. Strong spreadsheet skills
  4. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  8. Knowledge of the Tech industry and the role of Executive Assistants is a plus.

Additional Ideal Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Hubspot
  2. Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or human resources role, especially within the Tech industry or related to Executive Assistants.
  3. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
