Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly organized Community Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for cultivating a positive community culture, engaging with our members, and ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and interact with our community on various platforms to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie.
- Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including online events and programming.
- Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Coordinate with the EA Rise team to ensure our community is kept up to date about new resources, events, and initiatives.
- Escalate and resolve issues within the community effectively and efficiently.
- Help maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment where all members feel valued and heard.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a community manager or similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of online community platforms and best practices.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and the role of an Executive Assistant.
- A high level of empathy, patience, and a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
